GMapEZ: Google Maps the easy way.
News
 - Sat, 14 Dec 2013GMapEZ 3.0-beta2 should work in IE
This is a small release that will hopefully fix the problems reported
with 3.0-beta1 in Internet Explorer. Other feature regressions have been
reported -- I'll address these in a later release. Here are the release notes.
- Wed, 20 Nov 2013GMapEZ 3.0-beta1 released
Versions of GMapEZ before 3.0 no longer work. This is because they used
version 2 of Google's Map API and as of yesterday Google has shut that
off. To keep your GMapEZ maps working, you'll need to grab a copy of gmapez-3.0-beta1.js, put
it on your server, and make sure your script tags are pointing to it.
This is a beta release because some features of the 2.x versions of
GMapEZ are not yet working. I'll try to get as many of those features as
possible to work before making a final 3.0 release. See the release notes for
more details.
- Tue, 29 May 2012Hosting update
Despite my long neglect of GMapEZ, many sites are still using it. So
when some services on n01se.net were hijacked recently and used to
distribute malware, rather than just shutting down the site I have moved
it to a separate site where it should be more secure:
http://gmapez.n01se.net/
Old URLs redirect here so sites live-linking to the GMapEZ JavaScript
should continue to work. If you're hosting the JavaScript yourself (which
is still recommended), you will be completely unaffected.
